ORDERS

Do I need an account to place an order?

An order can be placed without creating an account. Creating an account during the check-out process makes it easier and faster to place new orders in the future.

Which payment method do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal.

Does Stefano Cau have seasonal sales?

SC never have seasonal sales. We offer the same fair price the whole year to all customers.

What happens if the item I’ve ordered is not in stock?

Rarely but unfortunately we do run out of stock. When this happens you will be contacted immediately and offered a full refund or a similarly-priced alternative.

Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, once your order has been despatched we are unable to make any changes.

We cannot change the billing address and we can only offer exchanges for items of the same price.

Has my order been dispatched?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to track your order.

Bespoke orders

Your bespoke order is a customised product which is made to order for each individual. It may take up to 4 WEEKS before they are ready to be shipped. Therefore we can’t sell the product to anyone else, which means a return is not possible/accepted.

Stefano Cau ships worldwide.

How Much Will My Shipping Charges Be?

A shipping cost of will be charged for all orders:

    Italy: 7 €

    Europe: 15 €

USA / Canada /UK / Switzerland: 20€

    Rest of the World: 35 €

How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer the following shipping options with DHL:

  • 1-2 working days for Italy and Europe
  • 2-5 working days for Rest of the World
Do you ship to Russia?

Yes, we ship to Russia.

Due to issues with the Russian customs we are unable to use our express service. We can only ship with our local post service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you offer free returns and exchanges?

Yes, we offer free returns and exchanges worldwide.

What is your returns policy?

You can return your items for a full refund or exchange, the items you ordered must be returned in perfect and unused condition within 14 days of dispatch. All returns need to be received in the original packaging.

How do I return my order?

Email info@stefanocau.com your order number and which items you’d like to exchange or return and the reason. We’ll send you a pre-paid DHL returns label together with the instructions for the collection.

Returns and exchanges are processed within two working days from the time we receive the products back.

Bespoke orders

Your bespoke order is a customised product which is made to order for each individual. Therefore we can’t sell the product to anyone else, which means a return is not possible/accepted.
