  • Rest of the World 30

What Is The Delivery Time Of My Order?

Below you can find the delivery times according with the place of delivery:

  • Italy – Delivery within 1-3 working days
  • EU – Delivery within 3-5 working days
  • Rest of the World – Delivery within 4-7 working days.

Please remember that delivery times are calculated considering only working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).

How Do I Track My Order?

At the time of your order we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with shipping details and a link that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your orders only in the event that they have not yet been assigned to the carrier for delivery. Otherwise, you may proceed with the "Exchange and Return" policy.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

It is not possible to modify your shipping address once the order has been completed. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing the order.

How do I return an item?

For a full refund or exchange, the items you ordered must be returned in perfect and unused condition within 14 days of dispatch.

Follow these easy steps in order to return the item:

2. Fill out the exchange form you have found in the section “Return Policy” of the website and send it to us via mail at: info@stefanocau.com ;

3. Insert the item you wish to return in the same box where the item was placed when delivered or, if you prefer, in another box with similar stability and robustness features;
4. Close the parcel and attach Stefano Cau address which was inside the parcel in which the purchased item was delivered;
5.Contact the carrier at the telephone number we provided you when you had contacted us to arrange the pick-up of the parcel you want to return.

How do I exchange an item?

You can replace any product purchased within 14 working days of the date we have delivered it to you.

Follow these easy steps in order to proceed with the replacement:

 1. Contact the Customer Service ( e-mail: info@stefanocau.com – ph: +39. 031.59.31.09) and notify which item you would like to receive as a replacement for the one you have purchased and returned; if the item requested is available, the Customer Service will reserve it for you while waiting for the returned item and the exchange form duly filled out;
2. Fill out the exchange form you have found in the section “Retur Policy” of the website and send it to us via mail at: info@stefanocau.com ;
3. Please insert the item you wish to return in the same box where the item was placed when delivered or, if you prefer, in another box with similar stability and robustness features;
4. Close the parcel and attach Stefano Cau address which was inside the parcel in which the purchased item was delivered;
5. Contact the carrier at the telephone number we provided you when you had contacted us for the replacement to arrange the pick-up of the parcel you want to return.
