SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
All orders placed on our online store are shipped directly from our office in Como, Italy.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays (orders are neither shipped nor delivered on non-working days).
As soon as we ship, we will send you the Tracking Number for your order.
Please note that these delivery times are approximate, and may vary slightly according to the courier and the Country you are shopping from.
Please make sure you select the Country where you want your order to be delivered before proceeding to checkout.

COUNTRIES WHERE WE DELIVER
STEFANO CAU ship worldwide using DHL, to ensure a fast, tracked and safe delivery.
- 1-2 working days for Italy and Europe
- 2-5 working days for Rest of the World
Due to issues with the Russian customs we are unable to use our express service. We can only ship with our local post service.
- Italy: 7 €
- Europe: 15 €
- USA / Canada /UK / Switzerland: 20€
- Rest of the World: 35 €
TRACK YOUR ORDER
We will send you an email to acknowledge your order has been shipped from Como, with a Tracking Number to follow the shipment. You can check the progress of the parcel at any time from your account or directly from DHL website.
Our Customer Care is on hand for any questions or assistance you may require.
You have 14 days from the delivery day to request a return for any reason. The return is free of charge for the Customer and it will be managed using DHL Express Service.
Your bespoke order is a customised product which is made to order for each individual. It may take up to 4 WEEKS before they are ready to be shipped. Therefore we can’t sell the product to anyone else, which means a return is not possible/accepted.
Before requesting a return, please make sure that you respect all the return conditions listed below.
All product must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all the tags.
Please ensure that you return all items with the box inside a protective box or packaging.
We will not accept any return that has been worn or that is soiled.
You have 14 days from the delivery day to request a return and further 14 days to have your items sent back to us. Your return should be sent back from the same Country of delivery.
The items must not have been modified in any way after purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy.
Return is free of charge but if you send it back using another courier, the return costs will be at your charge and we would not be responsible in case of damages or loss of the items.

We provide a free DHL pick-up service at a location convenient for you, or alternatively, you can drop the package at a DHL service point.
Once we receive the items, we will credit the payment back to you in two days using the original payment method, or we will ship the new items.
